Each item is described as accurately as possible, including sizing, material, and design details. Please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our items, minor variations or imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders are final sale. We do not allow cancellations, changes, or adjustments after an order has been submitted. Olibell reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or shipping charges at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once a package is transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure address and file any lost package claims directly with USPS.
6. Returns & Defects
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us at leah@olibell.shop within 72 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
