Returns & Policies

At Olibell, each piece is thoughtfully designed and often handmade with care. Please review our policies below before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final
Because most of our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, changes, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes size, style, or customization adjustments.

Please double-check all selections before completing your purchase.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our small, slow-made brand.


Handmade Items
Many of our pieces are handmade or feature hand-smocked details. Minor imperfections are normal and part of what makes each piece special. These are not considered defects.


Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe a full-priced item has a manufacturing defect, contact us at leah@olibell.shop within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the item must be mailed back within 5 business days.

  • If a replacement is in stock, we’ll ship it after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • If no replacement is available, we’ll issue store credit.

If the item is not returned within 5 business days of receiving the return label, it will no longer be eligible for replacement or credit.


Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS, and tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing on ready-to-ship items unless otherwise noted.

Mixed Orders (Preorder + Ready-to-Ship):
If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship together once the preorder items arrive. We do not split shipments.

Preorder Timeframes:
Preorders typically ship in 6 to 8 weeks, depending on production and transit. Estimated turnaround time (TAT) is listed on each preorder item. These are estimates only, and exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of USPS and Olibell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend opening a missing mail case with USPS as soon as possible.

We’re always happy to help guide you through that process or assist with any tracking information we have. However, we are unable to replace or refund orders once they are in the possession of the postal carrier.

For the safest delivery, we recommend using a secure address where someone can receive the package in person.
