When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items usually ship within 5 to 7 business days. If your order includes preorder items, everything will ship together once the preorder pieces arrive.
How long do preorders take?
Preorders typically ship in 6 to 8 weeks. Timing is listed on each item, but please note these are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Will I get tracking?
Yes! A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order leaves our shop.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, we do not currently offer local pickup.
🔁 Returns & Order Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
We’re unable to make changes or cancellations after checkout. All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email leah@olibell.shop within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
📬 Missing or Lost Packages
My package says delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?
My package says delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?
Once a package has been transferred to USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
You will need to file a missing mail case directly with USPS.
We’re happy to assist with tracking details or guidance, but we cannot replace or refund packages once they’ve left our hands.
Tip: For safest delivery, ship to a secure location where someone can receive it in person.
